John joined IAC in July 2021 as Global Human Resources Director for the Group. John has over 25 years HR, Talent Management and Employee Relations experience. Prior to joining IAC, John held Senior HR positions with several multinational companies, including UCB, Precision Castparts Corporation, GEA, Adobe Systems and Xerox, and has worked in numerous sectors, including, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, engineering, services and software. John holds a first-class MBA and Post-graduate Diploma in Executive Management, a BA (Hons.) in Accounting & HRM, a diploma in Industrial Relations and a diploma in Coaching. He is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD) for over 20 years.
